We deploy a lot of Redis, using an operator pattern would help us simplify the management and upgrade cycle across all of our apps. This operator seems like a good candidate: https://ot-container-kit.github.io/redis-operator/

yeah and then we could use mutating webhooks to make certain things like persistence automatically backed up! great idea!
