A MinIO tenant directory should still be in the same directory as minio, however, it should have its name and helm.releaseName templated to include the tenant name. We then make the minio app for smol-k8s-lab recurse directories (this means we need to add directory recursion feature to smol-k8s-lab), and then we can offer an isolated template-able tenant as an optional app to smol-k8s-lab. We'd need a feature flag for mastodon to say "use separate tenant" on the smol-k8s-lab side too, perhaps an init value?
