Describe the feature you'd like, and why

I want to get the docs off of github, because they don't need to live in GitHub as we're migrating away from that.

Describe alternatives you've considered, if any

Perhaps we should have a helm chart with an mkdocs container and an init container that just pulls and builds this repo's mkdocs directory on restart?
