figure out what's up with karabiner-elements. It installs via
brewfromonboardme.py, but does not appear to pick up the file in~/.config/karabiner/assets/complex_modifications/capstocontrol.jsonat all despite the documentation saying it should go there. There's also no accessible karabiner command. Maybe I did something wrong, or don't understand karabiner.found this project that might be helpful : https://github.com/philipl/evdevremapkeys
It's for Linux, but its bash + python and their methodology of monitoring a /dev/ input should work on macos as well
This has been done for macOS, but is still not done on Debian.
As of #97 we should have karabiner element default installed again
I love how this is still the hardest feature to implement like going on over a year... 🤦
